Commissioned by two independent clients as a co-ordinated development, the project consists of two detached residences positioned directly opposite and diagonal to each other along the same street. These were to be designed as a set of architectural twins, both units sharing an identical design language aimed at achieving a strategic balance between spatial elegance and construction economy.
